Central 1 Certified to Offer RDSP and RESP Plans

Toronto, ON, Canada – December 3, 2012. Portfolio+ Inc is pleased to announce that Central 1 has been certified by Human Resources and Skills Development Canada (HRSDC) to manage Registered Disability Savings Plans (RDSPs) and Registered Education Savings Plans (RESPs).
